As native Italian and long term travelers around the world, it’s no surprise we are dedicated food’s lovers.
We are passionate about creating every day new recipes, inspired by the richness of flavors and tastes of Polynesia.

At Moana Breeze “Table d’Hote” we offer a balanced and healthy cuisine, prepared with imagination and respect of the best traditions.
Whenever possible, we choose zero km products, to offer the best quality, reduce our footprint and support Rangiroa’s fishermen and producers community.

Our breakfast (included in your stay):

· Tropical marmalade: Pineapple, papaya, bananas, lime…

Entrée:
. Poisson cru à la tahitienne
. Carpaccio
. Cruditè with fish cream sauce
. Martinica’s Accras – fish and veggies fried balls.

Fish specialties:
· “Bec de canne” butter and capers with steamed vegetables
· Mediterranean couscous fish
· Grilled parrot fish with vegetables of the islands
· Tuna steak with rosemary and baked potatoes
· Mahi mahi with vanilla sauce and green papaya sautée.
· Papillotte fillets with orange accompanied by Creole rice
. Fish & veggies Burger on a cabbage / carrots salad

· New Zealand Entrecote in tagliata, green pepper and balsamic vinegar sauce with baked potatoes
· Grilled skewers and baked pumpkin with ginger and spices
· Chicken curry with rice in a veggies / coconut milk sauce
· Roasted Chicken with crunchy vegetables
